Oplief is an operations advisory providing operational relief for retail, real estate, and independent business owners. We help operators simplify systems, resolve operational gaps, and reduce day-to-day friction so businesses and assets run smoothly without constant oversight.

Oplief was founded by Lillian Warren, a Philadelphia-based real estate and retail operations professional with experience at CBRE, Keller Williams, Warby Parker, Zara, and Enterprise. She currently oversees operations for a $1B+ mixed-use development in Center City and was part of the team honored with the 2024 BOMA Grand TOBY Award for operational excellence. Lillian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Howard University and a Construction Project Management certificate from Columbia University. Her background spans large-scale asset management, store operations, team leadership, and vendor coordination, bringing enterprise-level operational discipline to independent and growing businesses.
